I have got an idea of what I can make, after I have heard rules of this years contest where you can only use minimum ingredients, the tomato and the pasta are protagonists of the dish.<br />
Do you know what is the Soume which is in the title of this recipe?? <br />
The Soumen is one type of Japanese noodle which is really thin more that the Cappellini pasta(angel hair) and is dish of the summer time.<br />

Well this is a photo. The soumen is simple dish which you need a sauce based with the soy sauce and the soumen noodle. I normal put some ingredients on top of it as like hum, boiled chicken, boiled shrimp and also vegetables. Then special tip is adding some spices like ginger and spring onion.<br />

Put all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan.</div>

Boiled it for about 5 mints to reduce acidity of the tomato.</div>

Wash the Kombu e put it in one sauce pan with water, leave it for one hour during winter and 20 minuets for summer.</div>

Put the saucepan to medium heat,
take out the kombu before the water start to boil. Turn off the heat and add Katsuobushi, leave them for few minuits. Strain the soup stock.<br />
You only need small quantity of both Kombu e Katsuobushi to make 200cc of soup stock. Then using this, you can make sauce above.</div>

Mi dedico un'attimo per cucinare qualcosa nuova usando un tocco del entrambi tradizioni tra Italia e Giappone che due paese lega vero tanto con me.<br />
Mi fa piacere di partecipare a questo concorso che ha creato della Mediterranea Belfiore ogni anno. Questo piatto che ho creato, mi è venuto mente subito quando ho visto il regole di quest'anno, dove il Pomodoro è una protagonista accompagnando la pasta e senza usale tanti altri ingredienti.<br />
Come nel titolo del piatto scritto Soumen, Sapete che cosa è?<br />
Il Soumen è nome di un tipo di pasta Giapponese molto più fine dei cappellini, quelli che si mangia durante all'estate.<br />

Ecco qua! Il soumen è semprice che ci bastano solo una salsa base della salsa di soia e la pasta. A casa di solito aggiungo sul sopra tante cose, tipo il proshutto cotto, il pollo lesso, il gamberetti e anche le verdure. Specialmente no posso mancare di aggiungere dei spezie tipo il zenzero e la erba cipollina<br />
.<br />
Durante estate ne ho provato cucinarne in Italia per i amici, usando la pasta cappellini. Poi tutti miei amici mi lasciavano i piatti vuoti alla fine.<br />

Invece di usare il brodo istantaneo, potete usarne questi due ingredienti usando 200cc di acqua nel ricetto. E qua c'è procedura....</div>

Lavare il Kombu delicatamente e
metterlo nella pentola insieme con l’acqua, lasciare riposare per
un’ora in inverno o 20 minuti in estate.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">
Mettere la pentola sul fuoco medio,
togliere il kombu poco prima che l’acqua bolle. Spegnere il fuoco e
mettere le scaglie di Katuobushi, lasciare riposare per qualche
minuto.Scolare il brodo per togliere il
Katuobushi.</div>

Entrambi ingredienti ci bastano pochi quantità per fare un brodo di 200cc.Poi ora usando questo potete fare la salsa che ho spiegato a sopra.</div>

Sinceramente al inizio non mi piaceva.</div>

Però ne ho mangiata molta.</div>

Preparate da diversi mani, una volta da una cuoca d'Isola d'Elba, e poi da un cuoco Livornese e poi..</div>

Accendere il fuoco e cuocerne bene per togliere acidità<br />
Spengere il fuoco quando è diventata leggermente cremosa<br />
Ammollare il pane nell'acqua e schiacciarlo per sgocciorare l'acqua<br />
